It is important to eat balanced meals with small portions, follow a low-calorie diet, eat slowly, and chew your food thoroughly so your body can process it. It is helpful to keep a daily record of food portions. After surgery, it is also very imperative to drink extra water in between meals to avoid dehydration.

3 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breasts
1 and 1/4 cups whole wheat Italian bread crumbs
1/2 Smart Balance Omega Plus Light Mayonnaise Dressing (or other light mayo of choice)
- Preheat oven to 425°.
- Brush mayonnaise on chicken.
- Pour bread crumbs onto a large plate and roll chicken until coated.
- Place chicken breasts in foil-lined pan and bake for 40-45 minutes or until meat thermometer registers 165°F.
